The Task Force will finalize the Handbook drafted by the Task Force for SCSL Organizational Handbook under the previous Board, and implement the organizational change. If the implement involves in modifying the SCSL Bylaws, the Task Force will draft the bylaws modification, and submit for all member’s vote after the board approval.
